Spend the day with our head pitmaster and learn all about the Smoking process: How to get a pit started & the smoking process, cooking techniques, using charcoal and smoking woods. Timing and temps for different meats and cuts, meat preparation, brines, rubs and sauces. Tips and tricks for cooking meats & Low and Slow favourites including: Brisket – Salmon – Smoked Sausages – Pork – Ribs – Whole Scotch – Chicken and more. Taste the meats that have been prepared and cooked in front of you.
